I’m a traveler.

Although I only travel through the good ol’ Internet.

And the old fashion way of day dreaming. *sigh*

While, I’m not currently traveling anywhere; I love to prep myself for the days I will travel. A nice site I like to check out is called Travel Blog. Basically, you can click on any country in the world that you’re interested in. Once you are there, you can pull up blogs of people journeys in that particular area.

Cool huh?

Helvetica owns the world.

I’ll be direct and get right to the point.

Helvetica inspired the hell out of me. Before viewing this film, it was already my favorite typeface. Although I was pushing myself to try others.

Shortly after watching this movie, I not only felt inspired to use Helvetica more- but to push myself to use it more creatively.

Its absolutely amazing to see how a font so neutral in design be used in so many original and distinct ways. I also had no idea this typeface is used by so many companies.

A corporate slut?

Maybe.

But its clean and crisp look and appeal is like no other.

I love you Helvetica.

Oh, Eric Spiekermann is hilarious to me.

Oh +2, The soundtrack is amazing to me.

So, I’m a big fan of J Dilla‘s work.
Anyone who considers themselves a fan of hip hop or soul should be a fan of J Dilla to some degree. Anyways, he has a younger brother who go by the name Illa J.
I just recently heard his album and was just amazed how much he sound and look like J Dilla.
Craziness.

This is currently my fav track of the album.
